Dyllan joined Marsh McLennan Agency in 2025 as a personal lines sales executive after 8 years handling insurance claims for a major insurance carrier. He specializes in customer service with a passion for helping those around him. Dyllan brings a wealth of personal lines knowledge through his experience reviewing policies, assisting in the repair process, writing repair estimates and collaborating with attorneys to resolve injury claims in a professional manner. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with an accounting emphasis from Montana State University - Bozeman. During his studies, Dyllan interned for PayneWest Insurance (presently known as MMA). This experience familiarized him with multiple areas of the business including working with the personal lines, commercial lines and underwriting departments. Dyllan is excited to join the agency side of insurance as he tends to be an outgoing human being. No matter the setting, he can be found chatting with someone he just met and relating to them on a personal level.

Being a Billings local, Dyllan has made many friendships and relationships in the area and is excited to grow his relationships in a professional environment. Outside of work, Dyllan can be found adventuring in nature, enjoying quality time with his family and friends and being an uncle.
