Crystal joined MMA in 2021 as a personal insurance sales executive out of our McMinnville office. She has three years' experience in insurance and over 15 years' experience in sales and marketing. She is passionate about home, auto and small business insurance. "I think it's crucial in our industry to really educate the customer as to what their risks are; ‘Where are the gaps in coverage?’ Then we find the best policy that suits their needs so that what they've worked hard for in life is protected."   Crystal is very involved in the local Mid-Valley area with several non-profits. She is the Past President and current member of the Rotary Club of Albany, sits on the Board of Directors for CASA of Linn County, co-created and operates The Great Platypus Drop, and volunteers for several non-profits throughout the year.   Crystal, her husband Matt and their three children, live and work in Albany, Oregon and are proud to support their community and the surrounding areas through various giving and volunteering opportunities.
