Lauren has been the recruiting director at MMA since 2014. As a talent acquisition leader, Lauren is passionate about collaborating with key stakeholders to mitigate talent risk and help candidates find the “perfect fit” career. She discovered her passion for recruiting while pursuing a psychology degree at Metropolitan State College when tasked with recruiting volunteers for complex research studies. Lauren leverages thirteen years of recruiting experience within the insurance and financial services industry to lead and support MMA’s first strategic objective of “becoming a recruiting and development organization.” Lauren is also a committed promoter of MMA’s culture and proudly co-hosts the “Live It” summit, a three-day onboarding program offered to all new MMA colleagues.   In addition to leading the talent acquisition initiatives at MMA, Lauren is passionate about supporting art and cultural education for Montana's youth by serving on the Board of Directors for The Sweet Pea Festival, one of the nation's largest art festivals. She has served on the board since 2012 as their festival exhibitions director. Lauren is an avid skier and whitewater rafter; she currently resides in Bozeman, Montana, with her dog, Molly.
