Chris joined the MMA team as a Small Business support specialist in 2018. After a short time at the University of Montana, he entered the work force in the health insurance industry working at Allegiance Benefit Plan Management. Inspired by the great Mr. Fred Rogers, Chris's desire to be a ‘helper’ drove him into a service role providing insurance for members of his community. He enjoys providing benefits and insurance for people to help ease their burden & help protect their assets. Understanding an individual's needs & concerns and TRULY listening to help someone is something he strives to do in his career and in the world around him. He was born and raised in the beautiful Bitterroot Valley of Montana. He has always had a love for music and physical activity. Since age eight, Chris has enjoyed playing the drums and jamming with other musicians in various bands and scenes throughout the musical world. Chris is active in his community and can often be found volunteering his time to help a family move or putting his energy into community service projects—participating in blood drives, volunteering at his local foodbank or buying warm meals with his family for people in need. Chris has been married to his wife Lindsey since 2013 & they have two rambunctious children, Silas and Marley. When not outside getting miles in on the Kim William’s Trail, they spend their time at Missoula’s many parks, participating in the thriving local music scene and spending quality time together as a family.
