Carson joined Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) in 2025 as a sales executive, bringing with him a strong background in sales and business development. He graduated from Utah Valley University, where he developed a passion for building relationships and helping businesses grow. His career has taken him through various industries, including technology sales and enablement. During his time in these industries, he honed his ability to connect with people and drive success. Carson’s experience includes working in technology, where he not only excelled in sales, but also took on a role in representing the company in promotional campaigns. His ability to adapt and thrive in different environments has been a defining factor in his career. Now, he is excited to step into the world of insurance and risk management with MMA. He looks forward to leveraging his skills to help clients navigate their insurance needs.

Carson was raised in Tigard but has lived in several parts of the U.S. for work. Outside of work, Carson enjoys staying active with tennis, basketball and really any sport with a ball. He enjoys spending time with his wife, who loves to cook, and his son, who loves cars, trains and soccer. He values strong connections, personal growth and making a meaningful impact on those around him. Carson is thrilled to be part of the MMA team and looks forward to growing with the company.
