Will joined Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) in June 2025 as a sales associate. Before joining MMA, he worked as a project manager for a painting company in the Gallatin Valley, serving homeowners to meet their every need. Will decided to pursue an insurance career because he values building relationships and wants to help individuals navigate the often complex world of coverage with clarity and confidence. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Montana State University, where he also competed on the track team.

Outside of work, Will enjoys spending time with his fiancé and their families, as well as skiing, golfing and hiking.
