Gary joined the Construction Practice of Marsh McLennan Agency in 2016 in Seattle, Washington, as a sales executive. Gary’s responsibilities include helping to shape the strategic direction and growth of MMA’s Seattle market, as well as guiding existing clients and new prospects on how best to insure ground-up construction projects, adaptive re-use assets and public/private partnerships.   Gary was formerly a vice president with Alliant Insurance where he was involved in developing new clients, servicing and consulting for several large real estate developers and owner builders. Gary’s real estate knowledge and development experience has provided him with an in-depth understanding of the current construction environment and the needs of real estate developers and real estate owners.   Prior to joining Alliant, Gary was vice president of major loans for Coast Federal Bank in Beverly Hills specializing in apartment and commercial loans for real estate developers and owners.
