Jay Christensen has made Oregon his home his whole life. Jay moved to the Southern Oregon area in 1987 to attend Southern Oregon State University. While there, he achieved his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration and a minor in Marketing. Well-known in the Rogue Valley for his community involvement and business affiliations, Jay owned Appraisal Network of Oregon, Inc. from 1991 until his recent move to the insurance industry. In that time Jay received his Certified Residential status. Jay's experience as a business owner for the past two decades will provide valuable insight to both his clients and MMA. Community service has always been an improtant part of Jay's life both professionally and personally. He is an associate member of the Appraisal Institute, member of the Board of Realtors, volunteer for the Autism Society, volunteer at the YMCA and coaches youth baseball, basketball and football. Jay is currently pursuing his Accredited Advisor in Insurance designation. Jay spends his spare time with his wife and two boys. Jay also likes golf, fly-fishing and playing the guitar. “It has always been a great joy helping people to succeed and bettering my community through personal involvement.”
