Addison joined Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) in 2026 as an Administrative Associate in the Bozeman office. After having earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Montana State University, she chose to pursue a career in insurance because of the industry’s emphasis on service, trust, and relationships. She finds it rewarding to be part of work that helps individuals and businesses protect what matters most.

Born and raised in Idaho Falls, she was drawn to Montana by its opportunities and strong sense of community. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors and with family and friends.
