Allison serves as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer for MMA’s Northwest Region, overseeing Finance, Accounting, Client Relations, Facilities, Compliance, and Administrative functions. She joined MMA in 2015 and brings extensive senior leadership experience in the financial services industry, built upon a strong foundation of financial acumen developed during ten years with two of the Big Four public accounting firms, KPMG and Deloitte.

Allison currently serves on the board of MoFi, a Community Development Financial Institution serving Montana, Idaho, Wyoming, Eastern Washington, and Eastern Oregon. Allison recently completed two terms on the Board of Directors for the Montana High Tech Business Alliance and the Montana Jobs Network. She is a graduate of Leadership Montana Class of 2012 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Carroll College and a Master of Accountancy from Montana State University.
