Working in the industry since 2001, Alyssa is a risk manager and insurance broker at MMA, licensed in property, casualty, life, and disability insurance.   Alyssa focuses on the agribusiness, habitational, and transportation industries at MMA. She brings more than 20 years of insurance industry experience, from her work with small businesses as well as highly complex large commercial clients.   Within agribusiness, Alyssa specializes in the hop industry and been an active contributor in developing industry-specific insurance programs with carrier partners relied upon by the majority of the hop industry. She’s also been a featured speaker at hop industry meetings in the Pacific Northwest. Alyssa works out of offices in Yakima and is a key member of MMA’s Agribusiness and Transportation Specialty Practices.   Alyssa earned her business degree from Wenatchee Valley College and Concordia University in 2000. She is devoted to the area and has volunteered with several non-profits in her community over the years. She has also stayed active over the last 16 years as the highly decorated head coach of La Salle’s Women’s Basketball program. The team has won many accolades and titles, including an undefeated state championship season in 2019.
