Aman joined Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) in 2026 as an associate client manager in business insurance. In her role, she supports clients through policy servicing, renewals, coverage analysis and risk management strategies. Aman’s background includes experience in risk management, financial operations and insurance program oversight, where she evaluated coverage structures and supported compliance and risk-related decision-making. This experience led her to pursue a career in insurance, where she combines analytical insight with relationship building to help clients make informed decisions and manage risk with confidence. She values long-term partnerships and a client-focused approach. Additionally, Aman earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management in 2023.

Outside of work, Aman is actively involved in her community through nonprofit and advisory initiatives, including scholarship review, nonprofit consulting support and regional collaboration efforts focused on improving access to community resources. In her free time, she enjoys solo travel, reading non-fiction focused on business, psychology, law and strategy, staying active and spending time outdoors.
