  Amy Fladland started her insurance career with Marsh McLennan Agency in 2021. Before joining our Personal Insurance team, Amy worked in sales, operations and customer service. Her prior knowledge and experiences help her develop strong relationships with her clients.   Amy prides herself in being able to problem solve to find solutions in policy coverage not previously considered. She is happy to uncomplicate the complexities of insurance and put things in terms that make sense for her clients.   Born and raised in Montana, she earned her bachelor's degree in Business Management from Dickinson State University. When not at work, Amy and her spouse can be found out riding their bikes or taking in Big Sky Country from the golf course.
