Andy joined Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) in 2024 as a business insurance sales executive. His professional background includes experience working in the healthcare and freight rail industries. Being a part of MMA allows Andy to utilize his diverse background in partnering with businesses to succeed and grow and he is grateful to be part of an organization that places such a strong value on our local communities.   Born and raised in Missoula, Andy graduated from Carroll College with a degree in business administration and community health before completing a master’s degree in organizational leadership from California Baptist University. While at Carroll, he was a member of the men’s basketball program and spent seven years helping coach at a local high school upon his return home to Missoula. He and his wife Jordan have three young sons. Outside of work, they enjoy spending time getting outside with their boys, camping, attending local sporting events and golfing.
