Ann joined MMA as a business insurance account associate in 2021. Her transition to insurance followed a 27-year career of helping clients address the practical, financial and legal issues involved in final arrangements. She often saw the relief insurance provided when a loss occurred.   Ann has a B.S. in biology from the University of Providence in Great Falls and an A.S. in funeral service education from Mount Hood Community College in Gresham, Oregon. She has served the Billings community as a licensed mortician since 1994, is a certified preplanning consultant and a notary public.   Ann is a competitive team player, an advocate for faith and the youth, and a genealogy enthusiast. She grew up in Great Falls in a large Italian family with ties to Montana mining history. Culture, food and family roots were always celebrated. An athletic exchange trip to the People’s Republic of China in 1985 instilled a lifelong awareness of and respect for the undeniable impact of a culture upon its people.   Ann and her husband, Shane, have two grown children. They thoroughly enjoy the Montana landscapes and waterways, travel to destinations near and very far, and entertaining others with their hops, vines and a multitude of homemade culinary specialties.
