Beau joined Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) in 2024 as a personal lines sales executive. His journey started in Bend, Oregon, where he grew up and graduated from Mountain View High School in 1995. He then stepped into the family auto business where he spent the next two decades learning sales techniques, client relationships and eventually operations. In 2013, Beau left the auto industry and stepped into a new role as a mortgage loan officer with Arbor Mortgage Group. This new position helped him take on and develop more of an advisory role to clients. Through this role, he was able to gain a better understanding of the Central Oregon market by helping a wide range of clients from first-time home buyers to more experienced investors.

When he is not assisting clients, Beau enjoys golfing, traveling, being outdoors enjoying all that Central Oregon has to offer and spending time with his family and friends.
