Brenda started in the insurance business part time while still in high school in 1976 and joined the MMA Personal Insurance team in 2018 as an account manager in the Missoula office. She enjoys her relationships with her customers and loves the ability to review and update her accounts, making sure they have the protection they need at the most competitive premium. Insurance can be very confusing to many, and she appreciates the opportunity to make it a little easier to understand.   In her spare time, she loves woodworking. Brenda donated one of her American Flags made of re-claimed fence wood to a benefit for the Wounded Warrior Project as well as one to the Oso Fire Department benefit after the Oso Mudslide in 2014. Brenda and her husband, Leif, are building their "forever" home in the Bitterroot Valley and enjoy time spent with their three grown children, their spouses and their seven grandchildren.

My experience with Brenda Olsen (at the Stevensville, Montana office) has been great. I first spoke with Brenda six months ago when the Missoula office could not process a payment. Brenda handled the matter in a matter of minutes. She did so because she actually answered her phone. Two weeks ago, when it was time to renew my policy, I went directly to Brenda because my visits to the Missoula office have left me with the feeling that I am just a number. More than once in dealing with the Missoula office I was amazed at how poor the service was and how long it took to take receipt of a payment. I realize that Covid has everyone a bit out of sorts, but Brenda delivers, and does so in a very cheerful manner. She treated me like a valued customer and not like someone who just had to be dealt with. The Missoula office should take a few pages from Brenda's notebook on what client service really is.
