Brent joined Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) in 2026 as a commercial sales executive. He is a seasoned insurance and risk advisor with more than 15 years of experience partnering with middle market and complex commercial organizations to identify, manage and mitigate risk. In his role here at MMA, he is focused on expanding our presence in Utah and delivering sophisticated risk and insurance solutions to growing organizations. Brent built a diverse foundation across claims management, underwriting and insurance distribution through prior leadership roles with multinational insurance carriers and large financial institutions. His broad, cross-functional experience enables him to deliver holistic risk solutions that improve insurability, optimize coverage structures and drive sustainable cost efficiencies for clients. Brent brings a disciplined, results-driven and consultative approach to helping middle market organizations strengthen resilience and achieve long-term business objectives across a wide range of industries.

Additionally, Brent holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Risk Management/Insurance from Florida State University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Tampa. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, fishing and skiing throughout Utah, and spending time with his wife and son.
