Cal joined Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) in 2025 as an associate client manager. Prior to joining MMA, he took the initiative to earn his Property & Casualty license on his own, setting a strong foundation for his career. Additionally, he gained hands-on experience in the legal industry, where he focused on expediting personal injury settlements by conducting in-depth insurance policy research. This experience helped him build a strong understanding of business risks, which he now leverages to effectively serve his clients. His interest in insurance comes from recognizing how businesses rely on risk management to operate smoothly. The ability to help clients navigate their coverage and make informed decisions is what drew him to the field. He values the collaborative environment at MMA and enjoys working with a team that shares his client-focused approach.

Cal is originally from Southern California and now calls Idaho home. Outside of work, he stays active by golfing, working out and pursuing his passion for cars and trucks. He also loves spending time with his English Mastiff, Jonah.
