Chloe joined Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) in 2025 as a business sales executive specializing in agribusiness. Surrounded by agriculture her entire life through her family’s almond and citrus ranch in California’s Central Valley, Chloe brings firsthand industry perspective to the role.

Chloe graduated from Oregon State University in 2024 with a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural and Food Business Management, where she focused on external micro- and macroeconomic trends in the agricultural industry. In 2025, she expanded her knowledge with a Master of Business Administration degree emphasizing marketing, where she strengthened her expertise in strategic communication and advanced strategic targeting. While at OSU, Chloe also held leadership positions in the College of Agricultural Sciences and built strong connections with stakeholders across the Pacific Northwest.

Chloe has developed extensive knowledge in the wine/vine, tree fruit and beef industries, strengthening her ability to provide clients with tailored support. A prior internship allowed Chloe to dip her toes into the world of crop insurance, sparking a passion for agribusiness risk management and ultimately leading to a career with MMA, where her values fit most with the company’s goals.

Outside of work, Chloe enjoys fitness, officiating basketball and spending time with her friends and family.
