Connie joined Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) in 2025 as a business insurance client manager. She has dedicated 12 years to writing professional liability for physicians, and most recently has written contractor’s general liability for 10 years, totaling over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. Connie has earned the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation. She thrives on providing excellent customer service, problem solving and detailed analysis. She is eager to challenge herself in new ways and has a strong desire to keep learning and growing, which led her to join MMA.

Connie has lived in Oregon all her life. She enjoys spending time with friends and all her many family members. This includes a husband of over 30 years, two adult sons and two dogs (Freckles, a black and white border collie/Australian shepherd mix, and Hank, a black Formosan Mountain Dog from Taiwan). Her hobbies include reading science fiction/fantasy novels and nail art.
