Crystal joined Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) in 2025 as an associate client manager in the surety department. At MMA, she delivers exceptional client service by managing bond preparations, service requests and insurance coverage analysis. With a passion for relationship building and problem solving, she thrives on helping clients find innovative solutions. Before joining the insurance industry, Crystal successfully owned and operated two businesses and actively served on multiple nonprofit boards. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication/Public Relations from Boise State University and values continuous learning and professional growth.

Outside of work, Crystal enjoys life in Idaho’s Treasure Valley with her husband and two energetic children. She loves exploring the outdoors, attending local events and giving back to her community.
