Cynthia joined Marsh McLennan Agency in 2016 as a business account specialist in the Great Falls office. She worked for a brokerage firm out of the Silicon Valley and brings over twenty years of insurance experience.

Cynthia is well versed in researching, designing and negotiating favorable terms and pricing for large, complex firms. She has arranged for and placed several self-insured programs including alternative risk and captive programs for both international and domestic clients. She is the first to tell you she loves the vagaries of the insurance world. However, well beyond the technical and mechanical aspects of insurance, her thoughtful approach to risk analysis and dedication to service allows clients to make informed, proactive decisions.

Cynthia sits on several local non-profit boards dedicated to the welfare, education and safety of children. She enjoys photography, camping, hiking and spending time with her family.
