Dawn joined Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) in 2025 as an associate client manager in the surety department. Born and raised in Billings, Montana, she entered the banking world straight out of high school, working at First Interstate Bank for 13 years. Additionally, she spent 5 years as an accounts payable manager at a trucking brokerage and another 5 years as a dispatcher for the City of Billings.

Dawn and her daughter, who excels at softball, enjoy spending time with their bulldog, going on walks and camping in the mountains in their spare time. Whether at work or at home, Dawn’s passion contributes to her success.
