Debbie is the commercial insurance associate director for the Client Relations teams in Boise and Kalispell. She is responsible for the direct supervision, training and mentoring of colleagues to ensure compliance with established world-class service standards.

In her previous role as commercial client manager, she was involved in account management for large construction accounts involving contract reviews, coverage discussions, review of claims and marketing negotiations. Debbie is an Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI). She has been a licensed, active agent for 27 years.

Debbie’s involvement in the community has been extensive. She has served as President with the Business Insurance Professionals, volunteered her time in support of the National Association of Mental Illness and the CHADD (Children and Adults with Attention Deficient Disorder) program for ADHD, and served on the board of directors for the Camp River Run foundation for special needs children. Currently, she is on the board of directors for the National Association of Women in Construction, Boise chapter, contributing to their core values and purpose of enhancing success of women in the construction industry.
