Drew joined Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) in 2025 as a sales associate. He earned his business degree from Montana Tech in 2022, where he also competed as a member of the Montana Tech men’s basketball program. After graduating, he built a diverse and dynamic professional path, beginning in real estate development with Evans Wakefield, a Washington-based firm, where he contributed to project coordination and property development. He later transitioned into collegiate athletics, serving as an assistant men’s basketball coach at the College of Southern Idaho and helping guide player development and program operations. Across each role, Drew has demonstrated strong leadership, adaptability and a commitment to excellence both on and off the court.
