Drew joined Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) in 2026 as an associate client manager. He brings valuable experience from the property management industry, where he developed strong interpersonal and organizational skills. These strengths help Drew connect with clients, understand the needs and risks of each client’s business and support solutions tailored to the client’s goals. Drew pursued a career in the insurance industry to assist and connect businesses and people throughout the local community and takes pride in supporting clients through day-to-day service and long-term planning.

Drew holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Boise State University, which gives him the skills to support clear communication, responsiveness and a client-first approach. Drew values teamwork and enjoys going the extra mile to ensure tasks are done right the first time. Outside of work, Drew enjoys spending time with family, fishing and anything sports related. One of his favorite weekend activities is visiting a new baseball ballpark in a new town and experiencing the local atmosphere.
