Dustin joined Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) in 2025 as a sales executive in the transportation practice, bringing hands-on industry experience from both the operations and training sides of logistics-driven organizations. Prior to working in risk management, he supported day-to-day operations and assisted with new driver training for a small trucking company and a cheese and dairy distribution company, giving him a practical understanding of transportation workflows, challenges and customer needs. Based in Missoula, Montana, Dustin leverages this operational background to deliver informed, solutions-focused partnerships.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, sports, fly-fishing and golf. Dustin has been an American Legion and youth baseball coach for the better part of 25 years, as well as a high school basketball and youth football coach.
