Dusty joined Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) in 2020 as a commercial insurance account associate, and advanced over the years to her current position of client manager, CAIP, AFIS. Before her time at MMA, she built a career in the banking sector, focusing on serving middle-market commercial and agricultural clients with a comprehensive range of financial services, including credit, treasury management, investment banking and foreign exchange.

Originally from Western Washington, Dusty relocated to Central Washington in 2002, where she appreciates the region’s four distinct seasons, with summer being her favorite. She is an active member of the Yakima Southwest Rotary Club and a Paul Harris Fellow, dedicating her time to community service alongside her fellow Rotarians.
