Emilee joined Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) in 2025 as a client manager, bringing with her over 20 years of experience in education. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics Education from Western Oregon University and a Master of Arts in Teaching and Instruction from Grand Canyon University. Before transitioning to the health benefits field, Emilee taught mathematics at the middle school and community college levels. She developed a strong ability to scaffold complex concepts, problem-solve and build meaningful, trusting relationships — strengths she applies in her new role to support clients and help meet their unique benefits needs. Beyond her professional career, Emilee serves as a board member for the Golden Circle of Champions for the Pendleton Round-Up, a nonprofit organization supporting local families affected by childhood cancer. In her free time, she enjoys outdoor adventures with her husband, hands-on projects with her daughter and hiking with her son.
