Emma joined Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) in 2024 as an associate client manager. With a professional background in accounting and luxury residential property management, Emma brings a detail-oriented approach and a strong focus on financial accuracy to her role. Her experience managing diverse client needs has honed her skills in clear and effective communication, which she now applies to the business insurance industry. Emma is dedicated to learning the complexities of the industry and leverages her strengths to ensure her clients feel supported, heard and well-informed.

She enjoys solving the daily challenges her clients face by gaining a comprehensive understanding of their businesses to identify exposures and tailor solutions. Emma views herself as a trusted partner to her clients, always working with their best interests as her North Star. She chose a career in insurance because it combines her passion for problem solving with the opportunity to build meaningful client relationships and make a tangible impact on their business security.

Outside of work, Emma volunteers at the Humane Society and local food pantries, reflecting her commitment to giving back to the community. Born and raised in Washington, she has a love for travel and adventure, never missing a chance to explore new places and create lasting memories. Emma enjoys spending her free time with her husband and their two dogs, celebrating both big and small milestones with family and friends.
