Isaac joined Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) in 2025 as an Employee Health & Benefits Department sales executive. With over two years of experience in the health and benefits space, he has learned to help businesses craft their benefits plans with forward-thinking options. He specializes in self-funded and level-funded plans for larger groups. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Writing from Carroll College in Helena, Montana. His expansive professional history ranges from marketing, operations, personal training and sales. Isaac’s vocational motivation stems from his love for community and building relationships. He chose a career in group health insurance to make a positive impact on those he works with—from the carriers to the internal team to clients, prospects and referral partners.

As the youngest of eight siblings, Isaac loves trail running in the Boise foothills with his wife and dog in his free time. He coaches group classes at a few local gyms and strongly believes that a healthy body is a healthy mind. Don’t be surprised if Isaac asks you to meet while going for a walk or hike!
