Isaiah joined Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) in 2025 as a personal insurance sales executive, bringing a strong foundation in education and community leadership to his new role. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education from Carroll College in 2020, with a focus on History, Political Science and Social Studies. He began his career teaching sixth grade at Saint Andrew’s School in Helena, then advanced to the Helena School District, where he spent three years instructing high school students in Social Studies at the Project for Alternative Learning. Isaiah is also completing his master’s degree in Special Education from Western Governors University this fall, demonstrating his commitment to lifelong learning and supporting diverse student needs.

Isaiah is a respected and engaged member of the Helena community, currently in his seventh year as an assistant football coach at Helena High School. His dedication to mentorship, teamwork and professional growth are valuable assets to the MMA team.
