Jake joined Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) in 2024 as a Senior Risk Control Specialist. With nearly 15 years of experience in the Employee Health and Safety industry, he joins the Risk Control team to round out their property insurance portfolio. Jake has held positions on the client side in manufacturing and has operated as a consultant in both agriculture and workers’ compensation insurance industries in Oregon. Jake holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Penn State University and a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) designation from BCSP. With a people-first approach, Jake looks forward to assisting clients by meeting them where they are and advancing their programs through partnership and understanding.
