Jedean joined MMA in 2016 with over 25 years of experience managing complex risks and losses for large and middle-market companies in various industries including agriculture, manufacturing and distribution, construction and schools.   Jedean provides risk management advisory services including: risk assessments, insurance portfolio analysis, economic loss analysis, claims resolution and program design services to MMA clients primarily in Seattle and Eastern Washington. She earned a B.S. in business and human resource management from the University of Idaho before beginning her career in the insurance industry.   She has presented past conference topics including: Cyber Security, Employment Practices Liability, Insurance Market Trends and Updates, and Directors and Officers Liability — the real exposures.   She is a member and past president of the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of Washington, a Yakima Downtown Rotary Board member, Paul Harris Fellow, a board member of the Greenway Endowment Board of Directors, and the chairman of the board for a local non-profit, EPIC. She holds a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation and is a member of a local Safe Schools First Responders committee.   Her areas of expertise include agriculture, manufacturing industries and emphasis on cyber, D&O and EPLI exposures.
