Jenel has the opportunity to work with our commercial insurance service colleagues. She spent over ten years as an account manager before she moved into her current position as a commercial customer service director and really enjoys the chance to share what she learned. She understands the importance of taking care of the clients, colleagues, and our communities. According to Jenel, the best part of her job is getting to work with so many dedicated and talented internal and external clients. In her free time, Jenel enjoys participating in triathlons, cycling (both road and cyclocross), as well as spending as much time outside as is possible on adventures with her husband.
