Jim joined Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) in 2025 and leads the Construction and Surety Sales team, bringing more than a decade of experience serving contractors, developers and project owners across the Pacific Northwest region. Known for his collaborative approach, Jim focuses on equipping teams with strong technical expertise, helping clients navigate complex risk and building trusted long-term relationships. Before joining MMA, Jim spent over 12 years in underwriting, including several years leading the Inland Northwest region. His passion for construction, leadership and mentorship continues to shape his work helping clients and colleagues achieve their goals.

Outside of work, he enjoys mountain biking, hiking, cooking and exploring the outdoors with his wife, two sons and golden retriever.
