Joe joined Marsh McLennan Agency in 2017 as a commercial insurance account manager in the Boise office. He was born and raised in the Chicago area and attended the University of Notre Dame receiving a bachelor’s in environmental science. For his graduate work, Joe attended the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology where he received a master’s in paleontology. Joe has traveled to numerous dig sites across the Western United States, helping to unearth fossils that are millions of years old.

Joe began his insurance career in Chicago as an underwriter, specializing first in environmental insurance and then in financial lines. Joe believes that the best part of his job is interacting with clients and forming relationships. He welcomes the challenges the insurance industry brings and enjoys learning new things every day.

Joe has volunteered extensively for the Gary Sinise Foundation, helping his wife to create a new 5K race in his hometown to raise funds and benefit the foundation and the veterans that they help. In his free time, Joe enjoys reading, hiking, camping and spending time with his wife, daughter and two dogs.
