Jonathan joined Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) in 2025 as a personal lines client manager. He has over 7 years of experience in the information technology field but is thoroughly at home in the insurance industry, having worked at a local regional carrier as well as having a long family history in the field. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Northwest University and a Master of Arts from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. Additionally, he holds both Network+ and Security+ certifications from CompTIA, a leading information technology certification firm. Jonathan excels at identifying and improving business process and client service as well as troubleshooting complex software or technical problems.

In his free time, he can often be found hiking or relaxing outdoors with his family, reading and writing or watching the Seattle Seahawks on game day. Jonathan is also an avid English Premier League fan and enjoys catching Liverpool matches whenever he can.
