Karen joined MMA in 2019 with a desire to utilize customer service skills she learned during her 20 years of experience in the hotel industry. She looks at her MMA career as an opportunity to get to know her clients and support their insurance needs. In addition, she wants to establish a personable and professional rapport with them. She feels a great sense of accomplishment in meeting the needs of her clients and providing ongoing service to their satisfaction.   Karen enjoys time spent with family and friends, exploring the beautiful Pacific Northwest and discovering all that makes this place the "wonderland" it is often described as! She likes to go for long drives along the coast, camping and visiting state parks. She also likes to relax at home with craft projects such as quilting or crocheting or enjoying a good book on one of our many rainy evenings in Western Oregon.
