Karla moved to Bigfork in October 1982 and graduated from Bigfork High School in May 1987. After working at various businesses in the valley, she joined the insurance industry and Marsh McLennan Agency Agency in July 1999 as a Commercial Lines Customer Service Agent in the Bigfork Branch. During her time there she has taken on additional Accounting and Branch Tech duties. As a licensed insurance agent, she has completed numerous continuing education courses to further her career and knowledge in the insurance industry. She has earned her Certificate of General Insurance (INS) and is currently working on her Associate in Insurance Services (AIS) and Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI) designations. In January 2010 she accepted a position and transferred to the Kalispell Branch as a Customer Service Agent to assist Sherry Toole in the Special Accounts Unit. She is known for her great attitude and customer service. She enjoys working with each and every client, striving to give them personal attention and to build an invaluable lasting business relationship while securing their financial future. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her friends, family and blue heeler named Sadie.
