Katelyn started her career at MMA Insurance in 2019 as an account manager in Benefit Planning in Billings, Montana. Katelyn is a graduate of Montana State University where she received her Bachelor of Science in business administration with an emphasis in management and a minor in international business.   Prior to starting her insurance career, she spent fifteen years working in the medical field in various roles including a medical lab courier, customer service, medical billing, payroll, staff supervisor and clinic management. Katelyn has a strong background in customer service, service recovery and enjoys finding creative solutions to problems for her customers. She is excited to be fully immersed in the MMA culture and further support her team and her clients in her new role as account manager. Katelyn enjoys spending time outdoors with her dog, Snow, and family—running, hiking, fishing, hunting, biking, riding horses or gardening.
