Kaye rejoined the Stieg team in 2015 as a part-time customer service representative in Great Falls, Montana. She is licensed in property, casualty, life and health. Kaye originally joined the Stieg team in 2002 based out of Billings, Montana. There she managed the COOL program until 2011, when she and her family moved to Great Falls to be closer to her family. She continued to work at Stieg part time until 2013 when she opted to help her husband with starting his insurance agency for a couple of years.

Kaye received a bachelor’s degree in animal science and a minor in communications from Montana State University. Kaye enjoys spending time outside with her family in the Big Sky Country hiking, rafting, fishing and skiing. She is married to, Greg Franczyk, and they have two active daughters, Samantha and Jamie.
