Lane Hanzel joined Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) in 2026 as a sales executive focusing primarily on executive benefits. He has nine years of experience developing and scaling service lines across the healthcare and construction industries, with a focus on driving operational efficiency, enhancing employee well being and improving organizational performance. Lane implements insurance solutions to fund buy/sell agreements, deferred compensation and retirement plans, key person coverage and estate planning strategies—helping corporate clients and their executives set and achieve their financial goals. Originally from Montana, he values strong community connections and takes pride in serving organizations that support local economies and workforces.
