LeAnne joined Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) in 2025 as a senior client manager in the business and agribusiness departments. She entered the insurance industry and joined Safeco Insurance in January of 2005 after graduating college and working in the financial services industry. She found her true professional passion pursuing a career in insurance.

LeAnne was born in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, and grew up in Post Falls, Idaho, where her grandfather owned and operated a Darigold dairy farm. She attended North Idaho College and graduated with her BA degree from Eastern Washington University. She became a commercial account manager in 2014, in Klamath Falls, Oregon. In 2017, her husband, Chris, was offered the opportunity by his employer to relocate to Post Falls. In 2024, LeAnne was offered an opportunity to participate as an educator with Cochrane College in Spokane, Washington. She began developing content and presenting Washington Office-of-Insurance-Commissioner-approved Continuing Education classes in September of last year.

LeAnne, Chris and their dog Moopie are proud to call North Idaho their home. When not working, LeAnne enjoys the outdoors, camping at Priest Lake, gardening, making jewelry, reading and spending time with family and friends.
