Madison joined Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) in 2026 as an administrative associate. She has an extensive history in customer service, bringing with her a passion for creating a positive experience for all clients. She is dedicated to creating a work environment that elevates those around her through exceptional organizational skills, clear communication and a willingness to help with any task. Madison holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Texas at Dallas, where she majored in Film Studies. Her interest in film, television and all forms of media drives her passion for human connection, as she believes media has the power to bring people together. This belief fuels Madison in the workplace, as she is always aiming to connect to clients and colleagues in ways that leave a long-lasting impression.

In her free time, Madison enjoys quality time with her husband and her two corgis. She is almost always watching a film or a television show.
