Meagan is a client executive residing in Billings, Montana, with over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry. She began her career in 2010 with a local Third-Party Administrator (TPA) before joining the agency (formerly PayneWest Insurance) in 2018. After several successful years as a senior client manager, Meagan was promoted to her current role, where she manages a diverse portfolio of self-funded clients ranging from 50 to over 3,000 employee lives. Specializing in reinsurance strategies, Meagan leverages her early TPA experience to provide strategic, data-driven cost-containment solutions for some of the Northwest region’s largest and most complex clients. She is dedicated to designing, implementing and maintaining self-funded employee benefit programs tailored to each client’s business objectives, culture and risk tolerance. Known for building and maintaining trusted relationships with clients, members and vendor partners, Meagan prioritizes a positive customer service experience for all stakeholders.

Meagan holds a State of Montana insurance license in Disability (Health) and Life, is a licensed consultant and earned the Certified Self-Funding Specialist (CSFS) designation from the Health Care Administrators Association (HCAA) in 2020. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and exploring Montana’s great outdoors with her husband and their two children.
