Melissa joined MMA in 2019 as an administrative associate. She has spent the last 12 years working in the legal field for Kootenai County. She brings a wealth of knowledge to MMA including a desire to learn more about the insurance industry. Melissa is motivated to excel in any given position at MMA. Melissa's compassion for others shows in her ability to make clients and colleagues feel welcomed. She is organized, professional and enjoys supporting her colleagues in her office.   Melissa was raised in Northern California and moved to the Pacific Northwest in 1998, she and her husband moved to Coeur d'Alene in 2007 to be closer to family.   Melissa is active in the community through volunteering with the Kroc Center, at her children's school and with Lutherhaven Camp on Lake Coeur d'Alene. She enjoys spending time in the outdoors with her husband and two children. In their spare time they can be found camping, hiking and volunteering together. This year they added a black haired German Shepard, named Bodhi, to their family.
