Nicole joined Marsh McLennan Agency in 2002. She currently is the team lead for Select Account Services in all our four states foot print. On a day-to-day basis, Nicole says her life consists of reports; but truly what she does is mentor others. Her goal is to make sure her teams are successful. Nicole’s favorite thing about her work is the people she works with, her teammates and helping others reach their goals. It is her greatest reward when someone on her team is recognized or advanced. Opportunity, constant change and growth excites Nicole most at MMA.   Insurance chose Nicole. She started with MMA as an administrative associate only two days after graduating high school and worked her way through college. She graduated from the University of Montana in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science in business management. Nicole is a supporter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation as well as the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation. Nicole is married to Sou and has three young children, Daemyn, Desirae and Dacota (who are identical twin girls). They keep her extremely busy. She loves fishing, camping and anything outdoors.
