Patrick joined Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) in 2025 as a retirement services sales executive. Formerly a retirement plan specialist, he brings his extensive experience in plan design, fiduciary compliance, employee education and investment oversight to MMA. With over 25 years of experience in the Financial Services and Investment Management industries, Patrick’s strategic insight and client-focused approach helps clients optimize their retirement plans. He has held key roles in additional fields such as brokering, employee benefits services, fixed-income trading and financial consulting, enabling him to use his industry knowledge to navigate complex financial landscapes and provide tailored solutions that meet the evolving needs of his clients.

Originally from the Black Hills of South Dakota, Patrick attended the University of South Dakota before spending 18 years in Minneapolis building his career. Since relocating to the Pacific Northwest in 2014, he has fully embraced the region’s adventurous spirit. A passionate mountaineer, he has successfully summited all the major volcanoes in the PNW, including Baker, Rainier, Adams and Hood. However, his favorite role is that of husband, stepdad and head zookeeper to two Sheepadoodles and three cats.
